With all the technology we have in today's world, there is a nearly unlimited amount of information available. However, when researching different foods or diets, it doesn't take long before you find conflicting information. This only makes it more difficult for people to make good food choices and to reach their goals.
As your health coach, I will listen carefully and we will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. My approach is based on the concept of bio-individuality because each person is unique. While I do have many tools that will benefit everyone, there really is no one-size-fits-all plan. I create customized plans for my clients based on individual circumstances, lifestyle habits, health conditions and other needs.
Our sessions can be:

- Through Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangout
- Over the phone

- Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
- Create your personal blueprint based on individual needs
- Decipher your body’s unique health needs
- Address mental/emotional blocks that might be preventing you from reaching your goals
- Set your personal goals and work toward sustainable change

- Two 60-minute sessions per month (or more often if desired)
